Housing Assistance
 
Housing Assistance Program is intended to prevent eviction or foreclosure. Usual assistance is equal to one month's payment. Use case management to eliminate barriers to maintaining permanent housing. This is a one-time only grant.

How do I qualify for housing assistance?
  • Meet the program guidelines
  • Have enough on-going income to pay future housing expenses
  • Establish a permanent housing plan
  • Be willing to participate in the follow up services
  • If homeless, must have income to search for housing
  • If homeless, must have enough on-going income to pay for future housing onced moved in
