How do I qualify for housing assistance?

• Meet the program guidelines

• Have enough on-going income to pay future housing expenses

• Establish a permanent housing plan

• Be willing to participate in follow up services

• If homeless, must have income to search for housing

• If homeless, must have enough on-going income to pay for future housing once moved in

 
Text Box: Housing Assistance Program is intended to prevent eviction or foreclosure. Usual assistance is equal to one month’s payment. Uses case management to eliminate barriers to maintaining permanent housing. This is a one-time only grant.
